Zambia: 2 Weeks

For those of you that don’t know, I’m about to head off to the other side of the world, as apparantly is my new May-June tradidion. This year, to Zambia. For almost four weeks, I’ll be working in Livingstone, Zambia with about 15 of my peers at Freed-Hardeman. Check back for updates — if we can get to the internet. A complete itenerary will follow.

Thanks for keeping us in your prayers!

I’m sitting in Class

I won’t tell you which one, just in case the instructor reads this. Granted, she should be intelligent enough to notice the time of this posting and recognize that I’m in her class at this moment….but why make things easier than they have to be?

In theory, I’m learning about how to design software. I think that’s probably pretty important forĀ a CS major…but not as important as the sunshine outside seems! Oh well. Psalm 118:24: This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. Even in SEII.

She just learned to use the highlighter function in PowerPoint slide shows. At the end of every slide, virtually every single thing is highlighted. Seems like a waste of digital ink, so to speak. Sigh.

Spring break is upon us. That’s when this website started, nearly one year ago. Sure, there hasn’t actually been content that has made this site worth reading. Sure, I don’t update it ever…but it’s been a fun year, playing with PHP, mySQL, and enjoying reading the ramblings of Bob Parsons on goDaddy. Too bad I can’t support their Super Bowl ads.
